Stock price
The stock price for calculating transaction value is determined as follows:
- For securities of organizations that are listed or registered for trading:
- In case of transfer, the Securities Price is calculated according to the price stated in the transfer contract but not lower than the reference price of the securities on the date of receiving the ownership transfer dossier (validly completed).
- In case of donation, gift, inheritance, divorce of securities or contracts without transfer price or without transfer contract, the Securities Price is calculated according to the reference price of the securities on the date of receiving the ownership transfer dossier (validly completed).
- In case the stock reference cannot be determined, the stock price is calculated according to the face value of the stock.
